Here’s a quick tech guide to our Online Watch Party and some troubleshooting tips
How to access the film:
- Visit /watch to buy your ticket.
- Follow the on screen prompts to make your purchase.
- After a successful purchase the payment screens will redirect you back to /watch and you will now be “logged in” and can watch the films right away.
If this doesn’t happen or if you made your purchase on a different device you can click this link to log in and access the films.
–> Be sure to use the email associated with your purchase to log yourself in to the system.
- Again, follow the onscreen prompts. It will send you a email with a code to verify your purchase.
Some tips:
- The film is available “on demand”. You can watch all month long. Come back anytime and restart the video or scroll ahead to the section you previously stopped.
- You have to use the same email address you made the purchase with to log on.
- In some instances, if you purchased a ticket from us in the past you might have to first click the “sign out” link before purchasing this year’s ticket.
- In rare instances you might have to clear your browser’s cache to get the purchasing flow working properly.
- If all fails you can try a different browser or device.
