TRFF Announces Official Selection for its 2026 Global Tour

The Trail Running Film Festival is thrilled to unveil the official lineup of films selected for its highly anticipated 2026 reel, continuing a tradition of storytelling that celebrates the diversity, resilience, and spirit of trail running. The 2026 program features 10 exceptional films from around the globe — a mix of powerful short works and compelling long-form stories that together reflect a broad spectrum of human experience on the trail. 

This year’s lineup includes 7 short films that will be showcased in the live reel, and for the first time 3 long-form films that will stream online in parallel with the Festival’s Global Tour. During live screenings, short trailers from the long-format films will be woven into the reel with invitations encouraging audiences to continue the experience online after the show.
